Player performance reviews

Player performance reviews are conducted to ensure the constant growth and support of TWFC players. Player performance reviews take video, stats, and performance in matches, training, and drills into consideration to provide the player with a review of their current player profile and how they have progressed from recent reviews. 

Unlike other soccer clubs, TWFC believes that each player deserves to be monitored for progression. Player performance reviews are a great way to measure the growth of a player from season to season, and to pick out areas in their game in which they need improvement. 

Nutritional Assistance 

One of the most underrated aspects of a successful and sustainable winning soccer club is the nutritional lifestyle that is practiced by the players on the team. Nutrition is key in maintaining high performance levels throughout a season, which is why TWFC teams are provided with nutritional assistance. 

This nutritional assistance gives players the resources they need to be able to prepare for matches and practices, as well as the resources they will need to properly recover from these different sessions. Physical strength and physical fitness are important characteristics that top players should always focus on maximizing in their game. Proper nutrition allows players to not only play their best during the season, but it also sets them up to grow and get bigger and stronger during the offseason. 

Off-field educational support 

TWFC understands the importance of an education for young players. Coaches and TWFC staff emphasize a focus on performing well and on behaving in a respectable manner when in school. In addition, TWFC coaches are willing to communicate with parents and teachers to ensure that their academics are in order before prioritizing soccer.
