THE TWFC DNA CONSISTS OF 5 CORE ELEMENTS

TWFC as a club consists of five core elements that make up what the club stands for. It is the long-term goal of TWFC to establish a winning culture at the club, and to produce high level soccer players that go on to be exceptional players as well as well-rounded individuals off the field.

Who we are: Our Values and Culture

It is the mission of TWFC to instill and demonstrate a system of high moral values and beliefs. These core values are to be upheld both on and off the pitch, and they should be seen as the foundation of the positive culture being built at TWFC. Regardless of age, level of competition, or position in TWFC, the club expects members to recognize and implement the following core values.

How We Play: The TWFC Playstyle

The style in which we play as a club is important, as this is how we will express our talents and abilities. The TWFC playstyle will be representative of the TWFC DNA and will consist of high standards across all phases of the game. It is our aim to develop a consistent playing style that produces both wins and exceptional soccer players.

The TWFC Player: Skills and Attributes

Our main objective is to determine and develop skills and attributes in TWFC players that allow them to excel in the FA four corner model.

How We Coach: Training and Match-Day

The coaching methods at TWFC are based around the previous two core elements, which are our values and how we play. All coaching is conducted with our TWFC playstyle goals in mind, as we look to develop our players to be able to compete at the highest levels of the sport.

How We Support: Physical and Psychological Performance

TWFC supports teams by offering a variety of physical and psychological performance services ranging from medical to specialized psychological disciplines. These specialists work together with the coaches in order to contribute to the development of the players and the team.
